Every unit traces back to a single plant's metered generation for a single period. Nothing is blended across sites.

Append-only record

Issuance events are written once and never revised in place. Retirement certificates are timestamped and verifiable at a public URL.

    The unit is marked retired on testnet. Certificate generated and made publicly verifiable.
