The plant is linked through Karbera and ownership is proven with CNPJ or CPF evidence before anything is issued.
Karbera supplies metered generation for the period. No meter data, no Tier 1 issuance.
Metered kWh × official displacement factor. The issuance is written once as an append-only event with a receipt.
Holders can retire against their own footprint in the pilot; retirement publishes a public receipt. Trading follows regulatory clearance.
The receipt is the product.
Every issuance carries the plant, its installed capacity, its location, the metered kWh for the period, the official displacement factor and the exact arithmetic. Nothing is rounded into existence and nothing is pooled.

Karbera measures distributed generation in Brazil at the plant level. CRIOS reads that metered generation to issue Tier 1 CRIOS-RE — which is why a plant must be found in Karbera and proven before it can accrue anything.
